This policy explains our shipping and pickup procedures so you know what to expect.
Order Processing & Handling
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Orders placed after 4 PM Friday,
Saturday, or Sunday are processed next business day.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We may adjust carriers within the paid amount.
P.O. Boxes & Large Orders
Only Canada Post delivers to P.O. boxes. Courier service is recommended for large orders.
International Shipping & Tariffs
Duties, taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees are not included. If extraordinary fees apply, we may request
approval or cancel the order with refund.
Order Accuracy & Changes
Customers must review details carefully. Changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.
Shipping Cost Adjustments
We may contact customers if shipping fees are miscalculated.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for theft after delivery. Carrier claims are subject to approval.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times are not guaranteed. Shipping fees are non-refundable for delays.
Incorrect Addresses
Returned packages may be refunded minus shipping. New orders are required for reshipment.
Pickup Orders
Pickup orders are ready within 2–4 business days and held for 14 days.
Business Hours
Carrier pickups do not occur on weekends or holidays.
