Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through eliteembellishments.ca and our official Shopify store.
1) Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer cash refunds once production has begun.
Customers must review all order details before submitting.
2) Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted only for damage, defects, or production errors on our part.
Eligible Issues
• Damaged items with photo evidence
• Defective products
• Incorrect items due to our error
3) Non-Returnable Items
• Custom or personalized items made to approved specifications
• Customer-provided errors
• Normal colour and finish variations
• Used, washed, or damaged items
• Final sale items
4) Return Process
Contact sales@eliteembellishments.ca within 14 days with order details and photos. Approved returns will
receive instructions.
5) Store Credit
Approved refunds are issued as store credit unless otherwise stated.
6) Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs unless the error is ours. Original
shipping fees are non-refundable.
7) Design Proofs & Digital Mockups
All digital mockups and proofs are provided for reference only. Final colours and appearance may vary due to
screen settings, materials, lighting, and production methods. Approval confirms acceptance of the final
product.
8) Custom Order Acknowledgement
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and approve all customization details prior to production.
